Julia Zein, founder of the firm, is an employment lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012. She has worked for a number of leading French law firms (Francis Lefevbre, Franklin), notably in labor relations and mergers & acquisitions (M&A), handling labor law aspects for French and international clients. His 360° expertise enables him to support French and international companies in managing strategic issues and preventing litigation before the courts.

In 2020, together with other partners, she founded Aleph Avocats, a multidisciplinary firm specializing in consulting and litigation, which has become a benchmark in new technologies,
