Julia Zein, founder of believe.avocats, is an employment lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012. She has worked for several leading French law firms (Francis Lefevbre, Franklin), notably in labor relations and mergers & acquisitions (M&A), handling labor law aspects for French and international clients. His 360° expertise enables him to support French and international companies in managing strategic issues and preventing litigation before the courts.

In 2020, together with other partners, she founded Aleph Avocats, a multidisciplinary firm specializing in consulting and litigation, which has become a benchmark in new technologies,

believe.avocats was founded in 2024 to provide managers with 360° support in labor law, taking into account individual and collective labor relations, social protection law and the management of sensitive issues such as health in the workplace, including harassment, absenteeism and labor law disputes .

The firm was born out of a simple desire: to save our customers from having to litigate in the courts, to provide maximum security for their business, and to support them in sensitive matters.
