Julia Zein was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012. For more than ten years, she has been assisting managers, CFOs and HR directors in their social strategy, with a strong conviction: sustainable performance is built on the quality of human relations.
Trained in leading law firms (Francis Lefebvre, Franklin), she has built up a comprehensive expertise in labor law, the social consequences of M&A, negotiation and labor crisis management, which she puts at the service of French and international clients. She advises and litigates strategically, particularly on complex issues such as reorganization, social dialogue and psychosocial risks.
In 2020, she co-founded Aleph Avocats, a multidisciplinary law firm quickly recognized in the tech ecosystem for its ability to support fast-growing companies.
In 2024, she founded believe. avocats, a firm in her image: committed, demanding and resolutely human. Julia develops a tailor-made approach focused on listening, anticipating and finding lasting solutions. She defends a calm and lucid vision of employment law, going against the grain of standardized advice.
Julia Zein is fluent in English and Arabic.
She is a regular speaker at conferences and think tanks on leadership, responsible management, professional equality and health in the workplace. Julia also runs in-house workshops for management committees to help companies integrate labor law into their organization.
